Your records are incomplete. I received an email that someone's record I was searching for had new results yet when I logged in, nothing new is there.

I ran a search on somebody I know well, a lot of information was missing. For instance, I know of two bankruptcies but it only showed one. No mention of his children that I could find in your report, he has two. Bunch of other information missing. I want you to never charge me again for any service. Oh, premium report was severely lacking data on a so called premium report.

I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE
