I pay a monthly membership yet I am unable to access criminal records, etc. I am being asked to upgrade to a premium. I am paying a monthly fee for information that I could easily gain by doing a simple Google Search. Very disappointing--especially since I have kept my membership open for some time and have paid you guys hundreds of dollars.

I have more info on the people I needed your company to look up for me and your charging me for your report that's free everywhere on the internet. What gives? Your charging me for something that is free. Your site says you have all this info on the people I looked up but when it's finished with the background check there is nothing on the report that was stated by your company while I was waiting for the reports to be completed.
