Don't like seeing arrest records that were expunged. That means I don't have a record. Therefore it should not be coming up at all.
His spouse was never Margaret Woodruff... I do not know anyone named Margaret Woodruff...
You provide information I already know. Plus, some of this in incorrect. I need to find out how to make it correct. Example, I never lived in another part of Texas. Or the relatives mentioned are fourth cousins or so...
You are telling people that a person may have a criminal record when you know full well because the nature of his job could not have a criminal record. You are doing that just to buy your report
That is not ok!
Too early to rate. Only watched the screen update and load data which I'm yet to see and/or verify. Nothing to rate.
This is the 3rd time for this popup to redo. I don't understand. Also, many are listed who are NOT my relatives, to say the least.
I didn't get the information that was promised. I only received a address, which I already knew. So I am going to ask for a full refund, as I have received nothing.
There is more information out there and it was not on this report!
Need more information other then what I can find out on Google for free
I did a report on myself because it said I had several criminal records. Then after I paid and got the report of course it said none were found, which is true. I have none. There were multiple mistakes in my record. I decided to cancel for this reason.
Very disappointing. Very little info available unless I want to pay more and I already know there were several errors in what info I did see.
Info is incorrect or overly outdated. Had to try to check out 4 times before it let me
Was very easy to use, quite a variety of docs, and actually found the right person. Gives great info on Personal Data (i. E. birthday, addresses, phone numbers) but did not give any data that I know for a fact should be there (i. E. divorce records, criminal history). So if you're looking just for the basics then this might be for you.
You guys suck! Totally dishonest to lure you in with false statements of criminal activity so you're compelled to purchase in order to verify.

Answer: Searching took a very long time, and information provided was incomplete. I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE

Answer: I had the same issue today. Customer service said the only way I could access the details of my 'multiple criminal charges' was if I paid a subscription fee. Hmmm, who 'd the real criminal here? For the record, I've never been arrested. Like, ever.
