Well when you contact a person and tell them there are 2 negative things added that person shouldn't have to pay to get their own report. Also slow process.

Paying $29 for verification of a person's name, then told I must pay another $19 for any other information is a total rip-off!
I can find that information through other sources that don't charge for the information. The entire sign up procedure indicates or implies that after signing in and paying $29+ I would receive more information than just any possible aliases that person may have used. Again, this is a total rip-off. Because now this bogus site has my money and I have no more information on the person I am inquiring about than I would or can get free of charge from other sites, like Ancestry.com!
