I got a lot of information but it's hard to distinguish specifically which person what info goes to as it brings up all info for anyone with a similar name in that state. I suppose if you have a truly unique name it might be worthwhile.

Wrong report generated, requested sex offender report but received background report instead. Report did not have correct information which was verified with state and local authorities. Charged for both subscription and report when only requested report. Canceled subscription through PayPal but never received refund. Called customer service and Homer who gave me badge number 8106 refused full refund and would not transfer my call to a different representative or to a supervisor and also refused to give me information on how to file a formal complaint. I cannot locate any billing or subscription information on my dashboard on the site.
