Did not give me all the records for the search that I did.

You've really given no info of value for what I paid and yet you want more money to go premium. That is crap as far as I'm concerned. If your gonna offer a service then be up front about fees and don't lie or false represent your services. I want a refund or the full report with out paying extra.
