The report supposed to have listed criminal report and this person had been incarcerated. Yet you stated something to the fact of not being able to list these convicted charges. All the other info was not that revelant. Then you want to charge an additional fee for a more in-depth report. Not impressed.
Stupid, the information was on all kinds of other people and most didn't even have similar names
It's ok but doesn't show social media accounts not for what I just paid and I know what accounts they have and don't see any of them on here
Do not waste your money on this company! I paid $30 for the person's address and phone number which I already had. The report contained nothing else except her birth date. What a rip off.
Seems to be able to find information that is mostly accurate
According to your customer service rep I typed *******@hitnail.com (with my name in front of that email extension), as opposed to hotmail.com so I had problems accessing my account. Then I was told I cannot change my email address to the correct address. That is poor, low quality business mistake on your part.
I got absolutely no information from this and the phone number doesn't even match!
I thought that for the price of $28, I didn't receive very much information. The things I wanted to find out was another charge of course. If it was very important I would have probably spent at least this time to get a true and complete report.
