Inaccurate reports. Hardly shows anything it should.
Seems to be quick. I am concerned it may mix records belonging to others to me.
The information is not accurate... i googled several names and the addresses social media, etc... not accurate at all... no criminal history and i know they have one... very inaccurate and disappointing.
I searched myself. The report was completed AFTER I signed up for 6 months. There is a problem here: your service sucks. You did not manage to dig up the most obvious stuff on me (no marriages, no divorces, when I've been married 3 times and divorced twice). Refund my money. I trust you not.
No good info I didnt already know waste of money and time very deceptive saying they found new bad things on me to sign up
Nothing to speak of on file for me. Guess that I have played life by the rules we might say.
I have paid for comprehensive report then it wants more money. I used this site before but it seems your computers don't realize this, frustrating
You said all record shone but then you want me to upgrade bull $#*!
Doesn't seem to give you all information. I know there is a DVRO in this persons past and present, it is not on the premium report. Very disappointed I paid extra for this. So disappointed.
A lot of redo is taking time and you have ask for my credit card twice.
This is a total rip off. Not really any info given, other than address, and already knew this.
I'm just signing up. Let's see what the report says
Not at all accurate. Missing marriage, death records on all inquiries
Not good enough! I can get better information other apps. Like addresses, phone #s and relatives for free. Never again!
Not all reports promised for my one time deal of $1.00. Why do you offer that if you don't plan to give? I can get all this info from Google maps.
Dont like having to pay for more reports after paying for a month, to get deeper reports have to pay more
Enrolling was super smooth and all segments of the process were clearly explained
My first time using q background checker so far so good
It's not a accurate report. Missing the simplest of things.
Waste of hard earned money

Answer: Searching took a very long time, and information provided was incomplete. I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE
Answer: Hi there. Our customer service number is 833-276-9449. We have reps available 24/7 to serve you.
Answer: I had the same issue today. Customer service said the only way I could access the details of my 'multiple criminal charges' was if I paid a subscription fee. Hmmm, who 'd the real criminal here? For the record, I've never been arrested. Like, ever.
