I purchased a one time report on myself. Very unhappy with inaccurate or very old info on me, and two possible aliases are NOT me The address shown I have NOT lived there since 2003! How do I get this info deleted?
Totally useless, you confirmed my address but claimed I lived there for about 4 yrs before the house was built, you missed my 2 main email addresses that I have used for over 30 yrs, you missed my cell-phone [20 yrs], you missed all relatives except my spouse, missed my 7 addresses before the last one, you have no records of anything, and if I want anything more or useful I need to pay more. Giant rip-off, will dispute any charges for noncompliance.
I'm not finished and I don't like the automatic renewal idea.

Terrible. Said they person I was looking up had criminal records & there was nothing in him but several addresses. I even paid the $19.99 to upgrade to premium. I was supposed to get a refund on the $27,99 & the $19.99 but I have not.

This report doesn't seem to reflect the information that I know. I feel very let down.
Good info yet not sure if it is specific and true to the person checked.
1) There are 6 or 7 "Karen engle's" and in the criminal records, they are all lumped together. You cannot tell which charges go to which person. Only by looking up the details was I able to see that some charges were in places I have never been to, or for things I would not do.
2) I was charged $19.95 for two premium searches, and looking at my bank statement this morning, I noticed another charge for $29.99! What is that for? That is a total of $59.99 so far, and I still don't know half of what is reported about ME. The data if never separated, so that items pertaining to you are set in a report of ONLY YOU. You have a big jblef mix of info, but you have to dig thru it, which takes hours, to see the items that pertain to ONLY YOU. Very difficult to understand.

Very dissatisfied. My address wasn't updated from 2006, didn't have any of marriages or divorced on there. I wanted to see if I had any criminal records, well THAT WAS EXTRA MONEY. Just not satisfied at all. Hope I get a refund.
