Your information is misleading it is not even close to being correct. You're using other Richard wards information and you're not even close to the correct information. You know unlimited reports unlimited report for a special price and you don't even honor it and the background check that's a joke
1st report: terribly Incomplete records
2nd report (on me): inaccurate, stale & out-of-date records, not to mention incomplete
Plus I can't figure out how to save and print records
My whole reason for this report was to find out when they got married and or started seeing each other.
People with only my first and last name in many different states. Ages way off, birthdates all not me.

I had signed up today payed my dues. I can't pull up anything but a different name of whom I searched for, maybe be her name now but I can't get any further. Not even to search for others when I try nothing comes up. I prefer to have my money back.

You offer a $1 option but it has very little info. You could offer a one time $10 option that shows everything!
Reports I have run on people I've known for years have not found current phone numbers to test the accuracy of your data. Not sure I can trust your system to find criminal data if you can't find a current phone number.
