Not what I expected. Did not even have basic information. No relative's found. Person has many relatives. You have to upgrade to get advertised information. Only new info was street address. Waste of money.

It has been years since I have been in contact with the person I wanted updated information on. What I received was incomplete known information that I knew before hand.

I tried it for one hour and should have only been charged $1.00 and instead have been charged $27.95 after they told me I would not be charged.
I checked out myself to test out the app & got my name and address and picture of someone else's home. Not an accurate app.
I was charged three times for something that wasn't accurate what so ever. I want a refund!
The person I looked up had been arrested and the arrest nor the mug shot were there. I asked for a refund because explaining why and they never responded. I do NOT recommend Peoplewhiz, it's a scam.
Tool is slow, deceiving, and unwieldy to use for any targetted information. And you need to upgrade to get your data you thought you paid for up front. PLEASE CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND RETURN MY SUBSCRIPTION PRICE. I ACCOMPLISHED NOTHING.
