I am constantly receiving emails that the report I viewed a few years ago has changes. Today I paid to view the report again the only information on the report is addresses. Nothing new, nothing more, nothing. I think this is a scam. Do not email me again!

First, I wanted to pay the 14.99 and was charged 27.99. Not happy at all about that. Secondly, I received an email from you stating that there were changes in a particular report and that name was inside the email. To my dismay upon opening the report, I couldn't view everything because I had to upgrade which cost more money. Your information is not up-to-date. I could not find any information that was different from when I did the report the first time all the information is at least eight years old. Finally, I would like my money back.
I am not happy that once you have paid and signed they trick you and tell you that the information you will receive is limited and if you want the complete report, you need to pay even more.
I was v totally frustrated. I didn't know that we had been signed up for continuous enrollment until I found it on my husband's credit card.

Absolutely no information, unless you update. Even basic info is not available, such as marriages and divorces. I am doing a check on myself and I get information on a person in California. BIG RIPOFF!
