They claim to have ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED...THEN THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. NOWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE DO THEY DISCLOSE THE CANNOT SERVE CANADIAN CUSTOMERS.
I searched a phone number. It said it found information. I paid for a report. It sent me to infotracer.com for my report. I paid infotracer.com to see my report. Infotracer.com say they have nothing to do with peoplebyname.com. I have gone back and forth with peoplebyname.com. They give me one story and then another. They finally agreed to refund my money,
They charged me automatically after the seven day period, no warning, and no refund upon immediate cancellation. Thirty bucks down the drain. On top of that, they conveniently didn't even have the info I was looking for. BUYER BEWARE.
Don't waste your money. The rating tells a lot about this company is a scam. They will take your money for nothing.

I, being the nosey piece of $#*! that I am, hopped on to find out who my whore of a girlfriend had been texting and sucking on. Paid the buck, then got billed 30, then 32 more, and on and on. Finally had my credit card peeps smack them in the scrotum. Found out it was an old douche bag that lives across town, and of course he drives an old, red Chevy truck with a rebel flag in the back. That's ok, because he can have her. He can also have the Chlamydia I gave him by proxy. Got my money back (thru my credit card co.), And when I wake up in chair, my mouth bleeding. Dripping blood, this is no good. He is Egyptian magician, I wake up, have red shank around it.
They make you sign up for membership by month for $1.00 but you can cancel before 7 days. However, if you cancel, they don't send the report you paid the $1.00 for & signed up for. Probably scammers.
This company is a scam. I paid $13.97 Canadian for a phone number search. After several emails sent I still have not gotten a response as to where the information is I have paid for. Of course there is no phone contact for the company!
Misleading website, as the only thing provided was the person first name. What is the point of this? Waste of time and money!
Info sent to me was over 2 years old. When i called for refund i got a major attitude."well we did the work" was the response i got. Its a total scam. I got more information from google. Do NOT use this service... waste of time and money. I WILL fight this.
Like most the ask for some kind of payment for detailed information. So I tried the $1 trial then get a message that says your number is being researched, will take 24 to 48 hours. Why the $#*! is that you useless tool of a website. Negative seo your site so it gets lower rankings so we all can see less of your bull$#*!. $#*!off!
Unknown phone number called me and threaten me. I wanted to know more about the caller using this site. It was a scam website took my money but didn't provide any service in return don't pay the website just takes money and don't provide any service it is scam
The site showed the number I was looking for and it stated that it had the owners name and address. I paid the rate for looking up the number and also paid extra so three of my numbers would not reveal me…ONCE I CLICKED ON THE KEY IT SAID THAT THERE IS NO INFORMATION ON THAT NUMBER! SCAM!
This is a crap site don't waste your time and money. Really really bad. Waste of effort, waste of money!
Your information is subject to possible hacking from either your name or phone number. Based in Florida, this organization will not protect your private information.
I tried there "offer" on one number and neglected to read fine print! Never used it again. They charge your card 29.99 a MONTH AFTER THAT! I contested it with my credit card company but they wouldn't refund me. Total con artists!

I took a one week trial thru PayPal. The only number that I tried came back with just a last name. Nuff said. I immediately canceled online with no problems and went to PayPal and made them inactive for recurring payments.
People when you use scammers such as these idiots use visa vanilla with next to nothing on it or a prepaid also with $#*! all on it when comes time for renewal tada it bounces back insufficient funds now how the hell are they going to pay themselves. That's what I did and it will bounce back and they are twit enough to allow a visa vanilla credit card number to be entered
I pay for the serch thay say its showing op in the end i didnt got even the name. No refunds! You have to be ashame i wish i can make a review without even one star
Asked for a refund and received an email confirming but received no refund, I learned my lesson. It's all lies, even when you do the text search and it says"available" it's a lie. I've done the test search and got the available check mark just to put in money and have it say that the information is not available. They also promise to give you a refund if the search is unsuccessful but that isn't true because all they gave me was in store credit. Don't waste you time or money.
