After I downloaded my document in PDF, the font I chose when I edited the document was unexplicably not preserved, although I used only standard fonts and tried multiple times to fix it.

The 7 days free is missleading, they charge me a full month. I though I will pay only $1 for a pdf change but I end up paying $49.9 for it. ANd if I didn't check carefully they will charge me and 50 as auto-renewal. Be far from this website.

I used PDF Guru to compress a PDF file and found their website suggesting that I only needed to upload the document, review the subscription, and then download the compressed file.
I followed the steps, entered my card details, and was charged £1 on 09/08/25 to be able to download my compressed document — which was already in PDF Guru's possession.
To my surprise, a few days later, on 15/08/25, I was charged £51.18 without any clear authorization. Around mid-September, when I noticed the charge, I immediately contacted their support requesting a cancellation and refund. They informed me that, according to their terms and conditions, they would cancel my subscription but would not issue a refund, claiming that I would still have access until October. They also guaranteed that no further charges would occur and that my account was cancelled.
However, another charge was made on 14/09/25, for £51.60. When I contacted them again, they stated that the cancellation had been processed after the automatic yearly renewal, and that the charge was valid according to their policy — closing the case and refusing any refund. This situation has left me without my money and uncertain about future charges.

Do not use PDF Guru.

2- you put a note on the webside that if it is not canceled you will automatically subscribe to usd 49.99 which should not be correct since i am subscribing for 7 days only
3- then you do not give any option on thewebsite to cancel the subscription and when i access my account status it shows free subscription which is made to MISLEAD and MISGUIDE me. There is no option to cancel on the website and no clear information that the account was changed from free to paid.
4- to conclude: this is made in BAD FAITH to force the user to subscribe your services.

I tried to translate PDFs and make documents into PDFs I am reading but it seems to be service of Adobe and I don't find many languages are covered in it. I am suggesting Google Translate instead of any Adobe service or PDF Guru. Use it, it won't accept PDFs but if you take a picture of each page 1 by 1 it'll do it.
