I'm learning and need help
I do not feel that I received the type of document that I was looking for. There is no way to insert info into a column and have it populate down. Also you can only save a link, not a document.
Very Convenient & Easy!
I loved using this program and I don't mind (too much) paying for it, but at age 78 I don't fill out enough forms t5o justify the expense of subscribing. What about a per use fee?

I am really happy with this application so far.
4/26/18. I tried to submit this earlier. This program has not met my expectations. Also, I was under the impression that it would be $6.00 per month, but I was charged for the whole year. If I choose to cancel will I get my money refunded. I am most unhappy with the results if my resume I am working on
Easy to uuse and works well
Very easy to use and navigate. Just what I needed at the right time.
I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem.
After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.
It is very user friendly. I do have questions that I think attending a webinar would probably answer. It would save me time trying to figure things out.
It was not intuitive but I was able to make good use of it. A few of the boxes would not let me enter full data, for instance, the zip code of an address.
I find it difficult to find the fillable forms I need. I was filling out IRS forms 990. There are many versions (years) and many schedules. It was difficult to locate what I needed even using the search function.

Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. Thank you.
