New to all this but getting there, thank you.
I spent a few hours completing a fillable form. The online program kept indicating that is was being saved. When finished, I clicked on Done, which saved it earlier (I completed a portion of the form before lunch and then returned to completing it) but this time when I went to open the form, it was the blank template that I had originally seen. Everything I had entered was gone. When I contacted online support, the representative kindly tried to find it for me by sending me a couple of links, but the filled form was still gone. I'm surprised that one of the older saved documents wasn't available somewhere in the company's system. So very frustrating!
A very good and friendly in navigating the fields. Need improvement especially in the telephone number field and user address died of CMS 1500 of 2012 and UB04. Unable to include the three digits telephone area code. Address field too small to contain full address including zip codes
I filled a typed a CMS 1500 form. Now that I go to do another oner, the form shows up but I cannot fill it in. Very frustrating! Can you help me? I also have trouble finding a blank form and trying to save it after completion.
Always able to find a document needed. Customer service very helpful. I recommend this service to all my family & friends. Very easy to use.
They entice you, only to force a payment commitment, without an upfront warning. This is no way to do business.

Overall I'm pleased with what pdffiller can do but better image uploading is needed as well as the ability to copy and paste items

Having some difficulty navigating website
Cumbersome, expensive, very difficult to use. Way overpriced (a postage stamp is $3). Doesn't save documents for you... necessary service, but could be done much more effectively. NOT user friendly! Also annoyed because I tried to review them on their site, and they wouldn't allow a review under 2 stars.

Pretty easy to navigate, even for me! So far, everything I needed was readily available. I wish I had suggestions, but I am totally satisfied!
With recent changes, it has become difficult to navigate in the application. Also the app is slow and hence takes too much time for us to work on it. Its a great app, but due to some changes made (may be) the end user is not happy.
