EASE OF NAVIGATION NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

I have used this 4 times. The first time was over a month ago. The rest of the times were just today. Today, it took me about an hour to find this account. Is there a good way to locate one's account? My computer automatically goes to Adobe. It seems there should be a way to let it go to your program. Next, I filled out one form and pressed DONE. Now I cannot find it. Then, I filled it out again and it got hung up "Please Wait" for at least 5 min. Fourth time, all worked. However, I am a bit frustrated.
Difficult to save as different names, difficult to print. I think maybe it wasn't compatible with my system.
Difficult to edit a form
I want to fill in a second Family Group sheet but I can't find one.
A little complicated to use first time. But chat help was extremely helpful. Isn't completely compatible with a mobile device such as an iPad.
Easy fill in the blanks
Filling out the form was easy, but after that it was not, this large T showed up and I did not know what to do with it. Could not get to a form that I needed, had to contact support.
Not easy to use, and misleading sale
For the most part the experience has been fine.
Like it so far it could use help on the filled in papertags.

I am using their services for 2 years and find it suitable and very useful. No need to stop at the office and print forms and fill out or sign to return.
It is difficult to find the document I have created. It should be marked or in a separate file. I scrolled through lots of them till I found what I wanted, yet every single one is listed, and it is hard to tell which is my completed one without opening and reading until I find it. The document does not fit properly on a legal sized paper compared to Air Commercial forms I have used in the past. This is a very non-user friendly format. I should not have to search for my saved material and it should print like it appears on the screen.

The product is excellent, but very expensive for an occasional user. I paid a lot of money just to download two documents. Surely it would not be difficult to categorise number of forms required, and a calculated price accordingly? I will probably not require another form for 12 months or more. Unfortunately, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
