Not the best user friendly program. But it is still useful.

I was able to solve a very difficult issue with the help of a customer rep who was very helpful tyhe program is a huge asset now that I know how to use it better.

With this document I had to learn how to rotate the document which took an inquiry on the internet to find the instructions. Could not seem to open any help window for the instruction.

If there is a need to fill out form instantly and send it without wasting lot of time - it's a tool you need. Storage, editor and organizing abilities are just awesome.

Just filled form and them signed up and the document is gone.

I love how easy it is to fax things. I wish there were more help sections for those of us who are not business saavy.

FILLING IN DROP-DOWN ENTRIES LIKE DATES SEEMS SO "USER-UNFRIENDLY."

The printing is the hardest thing even when using standard paper. It doesn't print right on the paper.

Sometimes it's confusing and it made a template for me when I wanted a doc. It's not the best but it's very helpful as well.

I had a difficult time with it and it took a long time just to fill out passport forms for my wife and I. I just could not get the hang for it, but someone smarter than me and maybe younger, I am 72, will do much better with PDF filler.

I can say that product much increased my working performance by organizing tools and saving time for working with documents. Definitely worth of it's price.

Still trying to figure out some of this and how to use it. Mechanics are having a hard time figuring out how to fill out and send back.

Great tool. Much more professional than filling forms by hand and then scanning.

This site will not let you print or use the site to fill and print. 20 dollars a month otherwise your docs are a hostage. I refuse to do business with people who advertise "free pdf editor" and rip you off... UGH!

It looks easy but it has so many bugs and when help is asked for no one has answers

Overall, fairly easy to use.
