Excellent so far. Would like month to month billing option.
Needs more templates. I love the idea that I can send a document and my customer can sign it and send it back. Some contracts that I need to draft I would like to have an option to add the docusign option but cannot figure out how to do it. I created a word document and it would be nice to have the option to add a docusign function and have my clients sign right then and there.
I was impressed.
Difficult learning curve
I can't get the document to print without letters in perpendicular pattern down the center of the page despite saving document several times.

Application is very user friendly and makes completing documents a breeze. The e-signature feature seems to be accepted by most vendors.
Very dificult to use. Type is too small. I had to use to computers to get a file I could print.
