Constantly having error messages regarding connection lost. Not being able to highlight all areas for deletion and not being able to save the document for each client.
It's confusing if I'm working in the document to create for others to use or if I'm actually making changes to the document instead of pre-viewing. I'm having to start over a lot.
I do really like the online chat help. I've only had one experience with someone that wasn't helpful. She actually caused me to make a change that ended up having me to recreate a shared form. Thankfully it was from a template, so it didn't take too long.
This service is a lifesaver! 5 stars!
Easy to work with - tremendous help with my documents
It is great it saves my work and I can come back to it whenever I need to.
Interface is clunky - having to re-verify email address is annoying.
