Easy to work
It's great except when there's a hiccup. I had one document that the customer service never got back to me about.
Much easier than Excel.
Overall a good experience.
Sometimes the lack of features like aligning fields (i.e. Publisher) is frustrating: the ability to copy details from one field to another (drop downs and field attributes) making some forms with several fields that are the same. But I'm an old software designer so I'll take those frustrations and cherish all the good points of the software. I think its a good solution for my needs in the insurance industry.
Great product. Would give 5 stars if you didn't charge me for full year worth of service, but advertise attractive monthly rate. I purchased this product based upon monthly rate with the ability to cancel at any time. Locking someone in for a year is not cool... That makes for a super bad experience.

For every box to be a filler box and not cursor text box.
I like your product, the only thing that could use more help is the icons so it's easier to find such as rotating a document.

Somewhat user friendly is you are only using to fill in forms. I could probably do more with a little bit of training/literature on other features.
Not happy couldn't find a new 941 form so had to redo an old one for this quarter

It is not working in some tasks, Like loading, email to fill. I have difficulty transferring documents from the email to pdfiller.
