It is phenomenal that you can upload the forms you need to fill them out as you see fit.
It really was a pleasure to use
Very easy to navigate.
Excellent - thanks you!
SO FAR, THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.
They were really quick and amazing to refund the 20/month I was originally paying for PDFFiller. They also offered me a year's subscription for $17.95, a worthwhile amount I am happy with paying to receive this sort of service.
What still bothers me is that I still feel like I was mislead from the get go. I feel like I was suckered in by the ability to fill out PDFs for free - which is true, but they don't tell you can't do anything with those PDFs until after you've filled it out and they're asking for your credit card info. They seem to have taken the word "Free" off the page. This is good!
They then proceed to bill you $20 a month until you get upset. $17.95 for a year personal subscription seems fair, doesn't it? Couldn't we have just started there and skipped this whole process? It bothers me that I feel PDFfiller would have just kept charging me $20 a month if I hadn't said anything.
I'd much rather drop the used car salesman gimmicks and see honest prices and quality customer services just like you handled this complaint, but from the very beginning.
The product is actually pretty swell. Easy to use and reliable.
Easy to use and excellent customer service.
PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. They are also going to revise some aspects of the user interface to ensure proper notice of expense and conditions of subscription. I will certainly use PDFfiller in the future!
Should have signed up long ago.
I'ce had recipients that say they aren't receiving the documents and/or are unable to open the documents when they receive them.
Using for civil service benefit forms and found that I had to use bold type and sometimes reposition the filled-in field to have it print like it looks on the screen. More annoying was the renewal of my monthly plan on 8 May 2015 that seemed to go through OK, but later (20 May 2015) that my credit card was never charged, and I had been unsubscribed since 18 Apr 2015, and possibly subject to losing the edited documents in my account. So then I tried re-subscribing using the same card and this time it went through OK. Other than that, everything works fairly well and is easy to use.
I thought it would allow me to remove/edit existing text in form. It only allows you to enter text. There is also no easy way to undo changes. Nor is there a way to 'white out' existing text. Very limited functionality.
I love pdfiller. Wish I had known about it sooner.
Easy to use and fast
Caused me to be able to fill out pdf much more efficiently. I did try to pin it to my google, but I have trouble finding it. How can I get to it? I have paid for it.
At first I was a little concerned. Difficult experience in the past. More business are utilizing e-sign, Do c-section and Right signature. Nice that I can utilize this program with compatible other programs
I had a problem printing a draft of a form. "Blocked plug-in".
Had a chat with Paul on the site, and followed his suggestions for a fix.
Then was able to print the form. I am a new user and have yet to make changes to the form and print it.
Hoping for the best with that. Thanks, Verne
Answer: NO! Any company that would lure veterans to use their service, then try to charge them to print or save their documents after filling them out iss a RIPOFF!
Answer: Tharun hi! Many thanks for your interest and question! No, our 30-day free trial period is entirely free, no hidden fees, no fine print. The first charge goes on the first day of the second month (and you can surely cancel prior to that, again, no charges). Hope this helps!
Answer: Many thanks for your question! There are two answers here, actually. First of all, nobody in pdfFiller Team has access to the documents you store inside your account. Our Support and Statistics can see the number of uploads and sendings, but NOT the contents of your documents. That's confidential information. Regarding your payments details: If you are paying for our services by a credit card, we see: ***********1234. That is, only the last four digits of your card, the date of transaction and the amount paid. If you are paying via PayPal, we obviously see the email linked to your PayPal account. Hope this helps!
Answer: Dear Susan, many thanks for your question! And yes, you can do that. Two things are important here. First, you need to register a password-protected account to make sure all your sensitive data is stored securely in our private cloud. Secondly - please, note that PDFfiller does not have any sort of official agreement with medicare, thus, your form cannot be automatically delivered to the needed office. In other words, you can surely fill the form with us, edit it later, print, save, email etc. But keep in mind that you are responsible for document delivery, this is NOT automated. Hope this helps!
Answer: Dear Bibek, many thanks for your question. And no, you will not, free trial is free :) But please, mind the deadline. Charging is automatic straight after these 30 days are over.
