The only dislike is finding upon sending to a client is that they must establish an account. This requirement became a game killer for the client and thus me. I'm looking at EchoSign now. I am disappointed because I liked everything else about PDFiller.
Great tool for producing professional pdf documents quickly
This is my first attempt at using your system but so far so good. I'll answer other surveys later after I have had some experience with the system.
It takes a little experience to use the system easily. You could use more instructions. Perhaps a start guide on how to perform various manuevers.

Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. It certainly resolved my issue and I was glad to upgrade my previous rating of PDF filler to 5 stars! Great customer service!

It was difficult/confusing to get started, but afterward was easy to use.

I was using the app to complete a HUD-1 Settlement Statement for a real estate closing. I seldom handle closings so its not worth my time and money to pay for a software package since I already know how to complete the form by hand having done so many times with a typewriter in the olden days. I appreciated that the app helped me accomplish my goal but thought the instructions could have been clearer. Thru trial and error I determined that you must click at exactly the right spot in order for the blanks to be filled in consistently and be in alignment with the other blanks. For what I paid, it was worth it, but I would have liked it better if the calculations had been part of the system instead of me having to drag out my calculator (ok, my cell phone with the calculator app). Thanks.

Product is really good, but customer service is great. I had an issues with printing after spending a couple of hours editing a documents and quickly became frustrated. I contacted customer service, they responded within a few hours with a solid solution that worked.
