It has been necessary from time to time to complete forms for travel and other official uses where it is important that the documents are legible. My handwriting isn't great, so recently my wife and I used PDFiller to complete forms for visa applications. We found the software easy to use and the end result very satisfactory. In addition, in this application, completed forms may be stored for future reference or reuse given that much of the basic personal information remains the same.

I had trouble with printing but being the stubborn person I am, I did not request help. I did manage to print after a while. When I did complain, they listened and made a correction on the bill. I'm quite happy with the program now.
Support has been helpful. Had difficulty purchasing a subscription but I was able to get through it with support's help.

Excellent Source for Fillable Government Forms
My only problem is the interface for picking up documents isn't easy to use. I find unless the person send me the document themselves, sometimes your emails don't come through to me or they don't come through with the signed document yet the customer sends me a copy.
Having to pay an annual subscription of $71 US to fill in and print one form is not acceptable business practice.

Very intuitive and easy to use.
So I paid the subscription to be able to print out what I need, and so far it won't let me do it. It only prints out what I typed in. What a waste.
