Allows for professional-looking documents
PDFfiller saved the day when client requested to have tax forms prepared two days ahead of the IRS due date.
PDFfiller works well and is intuitively easy to follow. I used it for my company's W-2 and 1099's. The forms could be easily found, filled and printed without any problems.
I have found PDF Filler easy to use, I am no at all computer educated and if I have a problem I find the information I need easy to acc.ess and very informative. I would recommend PDF Filler to anyone in need

Not enough time
Love it! So much easier than printing, scanning, copying.
The system worked very nicely overall. I have uploaded several documents now and found it very nice for completing PDF and Pre-made fillable Word documents as well. I only had one minor glitch the first time I used it, but have not seen it repeated in several usages since. Overall I would definitely recommend this if you have to regularly fill and edit forms.
After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.
Haven't used it much yet.
Found program difficult to use.
In my opinion, the forms could be more *editable* than they currently are. Saving the forms is not the easiest, either.
I just started using this product but love it so far.
First i think that I am paying $10... then find out that I will be billed $72, then i fill out the forms which can't even be sent in or I will get fined! WTH, what did I pay for?
I like it. I just can't figure out if I can fill a docment and save it and go back and change it. I also don't like that it is challenging to get data squarely in the center of each square in form. Even if you try to do one square at time so you can manipulate, it connects them and then you can only use them as one field.
I subscribed monthly in order to redact a few documents. I'm disappointed I can't redact and will not renew next month.
