Pdffiller has been amazing
This is a great addition to my business. Fast, efficent and saves a ton of time. I get Forms that need to be signed all the time and I just quickly upload sign/date add notes or make changes and email, fax or scan back. I could not imagine my business without it.

The Chat Support kept hanging up on me when I tried to get them to delete confidential information that was input to passport form. I called them and no help there either. I think a class action law suit is in order to put these jerks out of business!
Too many going back and forth tasks to complete a form. You need to make this more friendly for the user not experienced. Make it like MS Word with what is available from the subscription, as for example: when I needed to use the eraser, it brought me to a screen to purchase to get, even though I have a monthly subscription. Not fair.
Easy to use and great software. I am of the older generation and love using the software.
Like many others, I edited a pdf because the site advertised that I could "try" the service for free. It turns out this literally only includes editing- no saving, no exporting, no printing, no anything. Obviously, there is no reason to edit a pdf that one wishes to never save, export, email, print, or do anything else to ever again, except perhaps continue to edit it in a recursive loop of futility.
In my case, I wasted at least an hour on this site preparing an important document, only to find I would have to pay at least $20 to use the document.
I am now gritting my teeth and exhausted doing the whole thing over again on an actually free site, but I am not going to give this bait-and-switch, extremely misleading "business" a penny. It is not ethical to create these traps for customers to fall into, and it seems unlikely to be profitable for very long either.
I am not interested in any future dealings with this site, nor in any compensation except perhaps my exported, edited pdf in the next few minutes-- I only want to add my voice to the chorus of warnings to NOT USE THIS SITE.
In all, it is a great site and tool to use.

Been thinking this over and there needs to be changes. I dont like that you cant have a free-range form. Go wherever you want to idea. Instead it forces you to follow.
Cannot upload large docs, takes very long. Has frozen several times while uploading and/or saving. Saves to a large file which needs to be compressed in order to email as well. Wasn't expecting such problems, but now have to deal with them since I paid for one year.
Any progress on updating the system servers maybe? Seems like a backend server issue.
Not User friendly! Too difficult to edit.
VERY convenient! Has saved me tons of money and time going to Kinkos to fax documents. This is the best purchase and app I have!
I didn't know that PDFfiller would charge me a few after a lengthy form that I had to fill, I paid the fee and left a comment about the experience. I promptly heard back from a representative who made things right without me asking for anything. Customer service at its best!
