The first time I used your services was for our 1099's. They were printed correctly but sent to the wrong addresses.
After I misread the amount for an annual subscription. Customer service response was very fast and the issue resolved quickly.

When I tried to look up 1099, I had great difficulty finding the 2016 1099-misc. With assistance, I got the correct form. I needed to file 4 1099. I was unable to save them separately. I still need to file them with the IRS and it looks to be a complicated process. I feel that I was lead into false promises. I would like out of the relationship.
For several years I used this service as I ran an on-line business and felt that the ability to create pdf files, for ordering processes would be of a significant help.
I am now retired, but like the ability to modify medical health forms rather than filling them out by hand repeatedly.
