It definitely serves it purpose. Its so easy to access the forms. I love that you are able to email from PDFFfiller as well as you are able to save the documents.

I am owner of small business and work with tons of papers and other services. Their integrations and API greatly increased performance of my business. My clients also pleased that they can avoid using papers for contracts and bills.
Very convenient and easy to use but it is too expensive
Easy to grasp interface, just slightly a bit pricey for an intermittent user...
I no longer have to print, fill out form, scan in and resend via email. Saves tons of time.
Ease of use
The only problem is it doesn't currently work well with Javascript but we were told it should by the end of the 2017.
Great so far. The stickies feature is super annoying. And it's slow loading.
The site is very confusing for a first timer and did not explain about using Google Chrome if you need to print any Documents, But Kirsten customer support was very good in helping and very patient to find a solution to enable me to print the Documents I need.

EXCELLENT. WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE UNAVAILABLE FEATURES SHADED GREY. AND NOT VIEWED AS ABLE TO USE, AND THEN FIND OUT I HAVE TO "UPGRADE" TO NEXT LEVEL TO USE. THAT BECOMES ANNOYING A MAKES ME USE PRODUCT LESS
