I could not edit completely a pdf presentation, just add or delete pages, no chance to change the texts, only overwritting.

I just spent half an hour completing a long PDF that was advertised by PDF Filler to be a free service. Then, when I got to the end, the only way to do anything with the PDF is to pay them. Avoid this service like the plague. Absolute scam artists and a company I've reported to Google Chrome and asked them to remove it from their service.

Dear Michelle, we are sorry to hear you are so upset! Obviously, there is some confusion here. First of all, if you are trying to use our Chrome add-on, you need to have an already registered account with pdfFiller, then it will be free for you. We are sorry if this is not obvious!
Secondly, for all first-time users, there is ALWAYS a free trial. We NEVER ask for payments on Day 1, you have plenty of time to test and make sure you need our service. BUT yes, you need to register a personal account with us. This is done for documents' security only.
