Why didn't I listen to myself say nothing is free! Under the impression that it is free I edited a PDF (took 2 hours) and when I went to save I was required to pay $20. I'm so gullible...

Obviously, the sales portion of the Web site needs clarifying, but customer support could not have been more generous and quick in solving my misunderstanding. Wish all companies did as fine a job.

I like it, but when I want to recreate the same document for different people and SAVE-AS a new name, I can never do that. It just resaves the same thing with the new info. Perhaps the webinar will show me what I'm doing wrong.

Amazing product! I was able to fill a tax form very easily and sign it. Better than all others I've tried!
There are two comments for the development team and marketing team: 1/I expected a free trial, and 2/There are so many options that it can be confusing when you are just starting. I would have appreciated less options up front and some video tutorials to introduce me to advanced features.

Invariably I complete immigration forms for my client who ate severely mentally ill. It's too to know forms are readily available.

The experience was interesting. I would recommend the company to others but I would make sure that the price is up front before purchase is made. I misunderstood the price of the product. But Again I would recommend the company just for the fact that they are very helpful.

Almost perfect systems for editing pdf, but need additional for a symbol, PDFfilter need to upgrade, a user can easily make editing pdf

Good product. But pricing was not clear i subscribed to one year one time payment when i wanted the pay as you go per moth option. Hope to get it resolved soon. Or will cancel fully.

First time I've ever used it. It was simple enough for me. I love it! I was stuck filling out my w-2's & w-3's. I had purchased what I needed & was looking for a great program to film them out online & print. And PDF made it possible. Thanks

Nice service, but entering in text into some of the fields can result in wonky formatting if more text than can be displayed is entered. And it's not easy to re-visit the fields and edit/shorten the text.

I am very impressed with it. It gives enterprise features at home user costs.I am a Senbnior Citizen and I enjoy it.
