Too easy to get into FONT setup and not get out and return to font specified in document. I only wanted to get the lowest priced version, not discontinue.
Feel $20 cost was quite expensive for one form and it not being able to be used for filing taxes
I really like it. I have not read all of the instructions, but have used it on several forms. Would like to know how to print a form, without all of the background being printed. I mean, I upload a form. Fill it in and then try to print to the form that I have. It prints everything, when I just want to print what I filled in. For instance, had a problem with my QuickBooks. Wanted to print a check, quickly. Thought I will just upload a check, fill it in and print in on my check. It wanted to print everything. Of course, the bank will not take that, because if it just isn't quite right, it can look altered. Is there a way to do it? Of course, as you know everyone just wants to start working and not read the instructions. Thank you

It would be cool to have an auto-grid tool. Otherwise, I'm having to manually draw a grid on each file.
Site can be difficult to navigate when searching for a doc not already created.
I spent a little time working on creating and editing my document, but in the end I could not print it.
Gladly that the support team quickly responded. I realized that I must save the document before printing.

AM LOVING MY USE SO FAR. DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THE PROGRAM CAN DO THOUGH.
Using it to send IRS forms, very flexible options. Would like to enlarge the font size for printing some forms. If I use it more in future I will be interested in the webinar, but no need right now.
I havent had much yet
It worked very well to get the 1099's printed for our wards. I am testing it with other things. Anxious to learn how to edit forms I had created when I had access to Adobe photo shop.
I'm not the most savvy of users so navigation was of concern. After some exploration I was able satisfy my needs. Maybe additional training would help.
Sometime hard to line up info to match lines above and below
Fast and easy to use
Made me fill an entire long form before wanting to charge $20 to print it. Bad advertising and dishonest salesmanship. I will not buy or recommend.
