Just started using a program like this and I find it easy and not complicated to use. Well done
Easy to use...but...make so forms can be shrunk so they aren't huge all the time when open, when they are huge and cannot be shrunk it can give you a headache...templates for forms ( or any often-used form) should stay at the top, to find them easy, instead of sinking down the list...you have to hit at least 5 buttons to print, and that is horrible...
Set up and use were easy.
I purchased the product. It was because I needed to complete a form for an important Employment opportunity. After I spent 4 hours on the form. I was ready to print then was asked to make payment. After I subscribed; I then tried to print the form. Long story short; I could not print the document and then when I accessed it later to try and correct the issue, the information I had put in was all over the place. (in the wrong places). I have then canceled my subscription and have just wasted my $72 US Dollars. I know I will not be refunded, even if I was only Subscribed to the product for less then 6 hours or so. I would never recommend this product to anyone ever.
I immediately got a response and refund... which tells me that this company is serious about its reputation and customers service. Thank you so much for the upright service. Because of that I will recommend this to anyone and everyone

They debited money without asking when i tried to contact them there is no phone number email nothing no contact details. If anyone have please help me to get money back
After filling in document and saving, I've waited 20 min. For processing to stop. Is this normal? Overall, I like the software and the ease in filling in information. Waiting for the software to save so that I can print is a bummer. It's slowing down my productivity.

More option to used the spelling
Love it! We have struggled with being able to complete PDFs and are very happy with this!
Fill in Bulk is not working correctly and we need the ability to download more than 5 documents at a time. Other than that all is well.

The updates have been great. I don't like the fact that the option was taken away to send a reminder after the only two are sent for send to sign.
