Not the right product - shipping ridiculous - can't return because the restocking and shipping are twice what the part cost... so no part... out $35 and just feel stupid... so not satisfied and no even going to attempt to purchase part again... good day

Finding the majority of my cards here. However, I did purchase a power supply PSU60 2 years ago and when I replaced just this past week, the power supply popped and went out within 5 minutes. Too late to replace unfortunately but I had another spare on hand.

The laptop I got doesn't charge. The only way I can keep the laptop on is by keeping the charger plugged in, otherwise the laptop will shut off which is extremely inconvenient because I need a working laptop to carry around for college that won't need a power outlet to get work done. I thought the charger was the problem which is why I bought a new one but the same thing still happened. Not satisfied.
