Mostly good, did not receive tracking information in a timely fashion and was unaware that there would be more than one package. One of the phones did not work, emailed the problem, received an RA the next day and a replacement phone within one week. Will purchase from PCLiquidations in the future.

Plastic monitor stand arrived broken. I notified PC Liquidators, but expected nothing, given the incredibly low price. (Shipping cost almost as much as monitor.)
PC Liquidators sent a replacement monitor immediately, not waiting for return of broken one, and arranged return of broken one at their expense...all without my asking them to!

I purchased the monitor because it was at the right price point. I realized the equipment was used and did not expect it to be perfect. However, I did expect for the monitor to work. The monitor was DOA! Not very impressive for a first time customer. On the bright side when I contacted support about the process to return the product they were very helpful.

Did not get my items when promised but found out there was a family emergency. I emailed and had a response right away. I was promised the phones the next day after I emailed and I did receive them. I am overall satisfied with the phones and service rendered.

My 11 year old son, did all the research and shopping around in order to purchase his own computer. He found the best price with this site on a refurbished monitor. He has had his new computer and monitor set up for almost a week, and has not yet had any issues with his monitor.
