Had an issue with purchase, was resolved quickly and without hassle.

I chose this place and paid extra for a class A screen. The class A is supposed to be defect free no scratches. The first shipment I received had a cracked screen. The replacement screen has scratches as well. I paid alot more for a class A screen. I have emailed twice after receiving the replacement, with no response.

It seemed to be exactly what I was looking for, with a responsive chat support, but after two orders that ended up being duds, I'll have to spend my time shopping elsewhere.

I needed an older laptop to run older OS for programs I bought years ago. Only issue was securing the hard drive. It came without a caddy so it was moving around and would not stay plunged in. I came up with a fairly easy way to fix the issue. The computer works fine now.

The laptop I ordered originally did not pass their quality check. But, they offered a slightly better model for the same price. Once it arrived, the keyboard didn't work. I called customer service and they shipped out a replacement that day and asked me to just take my time in returning the original. Very easy to work with and this is the first time in 5 purchases that I had any issues. I will buy from them again.

Overall I was pleased with the performance of the PC that I purchased as it was a great upgrade from the older desktop I was using. The unit was listed as having slight damage and the frame was bent a little more than expected. This did not cause me any problems however if I was adding multiple expansion cards it could have made it difficult to align them all properly.
