Hard getting items from ups. Had to pick up myself. Also, did not get much help with the computer except to send out a new one.

The order came on time, the computers were as described, and they were packed in individual boxes, which is not always the case for refurbished computers. All in all, a great experience. We'll have to see how they hold up but all in all, I would certainly order from PC Liquidations again.

I am an IT Systems Administrator and ordered this newer laptop for my girlfriend. The 5411 Latitude looked good with some really minor scratched. I could not get into WIFI so I have to use ethernet connection. After updating it to Windows 11, I opened it up. There was no WIFI card. I ended up having to buy a WIFI card from a 5400 Latitude and putting it in. I think Dell need to update their quality inspections better.

I was looking for a dated model of phone to match the ones currently in my office. PCL had the order filled and shipped within a day! Took a while to arrive in northern Canada but that's normal and not on PCL at all. The product arrived in "like new" condition and works perfectly. Very satisfied and will use again for future purchases that I can't get locally.

This was my first order for Computer. Dead on arrival. Called customer service, they shipped my replacement right away. I was very pleased with customer service *****- felt like I am back in old "America" again. Keep up the good work. I will buy again and again.
