We sent an email to inquire about an issue found when opening the item we purchased. The content of the item came with a different model guide/instructions and this initially caused confusion. We were able to confirm it was the item that we ordered after our Engineer tested.
*We never heard from anyone on this issue which makes us pause to order again.

I received the document scanner and it does NOT work. I want a refund and have sent 2 emails to PCLiquidations regarding this, but haven't heard back from anyone.

One of the PCs the back panel fan had fallen into the instrument. The rubber mounts had dried out and the weight of the fan caused it to break away. The same PC has a broken side cover intrusion switch. The switch had broken and the contacts of the switch were laying on the motherboard. So quality control does not seem to be part of the process.
Quality product at a great price. Better was the way they handled a small problem - quickly and at no cost to me! I am a "sold" customer for life!

Bought a bare bones Dell monitor for a premium price.
No free shipping.
Stand clearly pre-owned, large amount of scratches and and other cosmetic damage.
Came in large bet up box, with a lot of shipping airbags, I paid more to ship the air than the stand itself.
Overall very disappointed.

I just wish the menu wasn't locked out by default, but a tech like me figures it out fine. Just concerned that the next person that buys an IBM and gets a Lenovo monitor with lockout might be frustrated.
