After trying for a couple of weeks to get this computer to work, nothing I tried did it. I understood this was a working computer, not one for parts only. I plan to call them Monday for a refund.

Simple process, Delivered as Promised.
Went well, box was falling apart by the time it got here, however, PCLiquidations did such a good job of packing them it kept it safe.
Shipping costs are too high. It was a re-manufactured base, which is fine, however, the product was not clearly shown as "re-manufactured" on website.
Only place that had what I needed.

There was a small problem with the item I received (cd rom was not working), so they sent me a replacement the next day (free of charge). Everything works great! Thank you!
