I ordered a cordless NEC phone but the phone came without the battery. The cordless phone did not have a port to put the phone jack. The phone cannot be used and needs to be sent back.
Ordering was very simple.
The headset with microphone does NOT work on my MacBook. My husband can use it on his pc though... so... I guess I'm ok.
