There is no way they check their computers to ensure they are working & ready to use. Lost $150 & 10 hours of time from 2 computers techs. Unreliable. Huge risk to use them. Of the 17 working ones, multiple had problems.

The laptop charged I started it it started the Windows setup process I got as far as my email address I went to the next screen to enter the password the system would not allow me to enter anything into the box then the system rebooted and when it came back up it said there was no boot device found. I need to be processed a refund and would like a return shipping label so that I can send this laptop back it is currently dead in the water. It would be nice if I could be provided with a contact customer service phone numbers so I could speak to someone about this problem.
