I was pleasantly surprised when the docking station came with a power cord when I was told it would not. It made for a good surprise. The product itself looked pretty worn but it seems to work well so that's the main point. It has scratches and scuffs all over it but mostly on the top. The part that connects to the PC was in pretty good shape. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

The chat was very easy to use and the customer service person was very knowledgeable.

Easy purchase

Product arrived as described. Even though the phones are used/refurb I did expect them to be CLEAN. Also note that since the box was not full of packing material it came severely damaged.

Products needed are always in stock!

Ordering was smooth sailing. My device was in "class C" condition but I couldn't find any blemishes on the front and very very light wear on the back. "Class A" must still be in the plastic wrap. I've never gotten a used/refurbished device in such good condition from an online store.

Fast and easy

You have a great selection of affordable Thinkpad machines, with a very easy interface to go with it.
The machine came in very good condition, though the enclosure does seem to have a few significant oddities.

I found out I need the piggy back card for the cd-4cotb card which has the line 5-8 port. Do you have a part # for that card? I need to place and order for it.

Phone does not work (keys stick). Offered refund or replacement and I selected replacement.
Customer service sending paperwork to return without shipping cost. Very satisfied with customer service so far. Waiting for replacement phone.

After 1 day, the system I received is what was described, and it is running well.

I do wish the web site information on what is and is not included was clearer. But I very much appreciate the customer service once they knew I had misread the product information.
