Past experience has been very good. Product I ordered this time began having issues on the second boot up. I realize there is some risk with refurbushed gear, so I will give PC Liquidations the benefit of the doubt. The proof will be in how they handle this issue.

When I responded concerning delivery issues, it was to reflect on UPS, not PC Liquidations. Tracking info shows that UPS received the package with enough time to deliver as promised. The issue was on their end, not PC Liquidations. I am looking for a refund from UPS. I do not think it fair that PC should have to reimburse me in any way. I have had great success in my dealings with your company, and hope to continue our fine relationship. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding.
