They don't care for customers. Money has been transferred to Act fibernet. Through payTm UPI app. The ACT has not recieved money. The money has been debited from my SB A/c for more than 2 week.The PayTm team does not have courtesy to make a single call or interact with customer after multiple communications.
I have no problem in using the Paytm App but my concern is with their WORST customer service. I don't know why Paytm is not concerned about its customer service team and spoiling its reputation in the market with its poor service. I have not written a single review till now but I took time to write this review because I had worst experience with Paytm customer team multiple times. What I observed in customer team is. Lack of patience to listen to the customer problem, rude replies, doesn't go through ticket properly, no deadline/tentative time to resolve an issue(but displayed deadlines in website), unable to understand Email sent by Paytm itself, calls at Odd times(9:52PM) and the list goes on.
After 7 days registering my query in their site, today at 11AM, 27-08-2019 the issue is still unresolved.

It's big scam by Paytm. I booked tickets through Paytm and cancelled my ticket but not returning my amount. While I IRCTC returned my amount to Paytm.
Their customer service is worst. They don't have any return & replacement policy. When customer request for return then they simply reject it without any reason.
Don't waste your time and money in product of paytm mall. It's a cheap e-commerce portal.
Once you order, you are done. Item will not arrive in time. You can not do anything during that period. Sometime they may not deliver and show it is delivered. And than you will be in hot soup.
Simply Paytm is not anymore a trusttworthy company so stay away from them.

Yesterday I was 2 recharge from Paytm both amount was deducted from my bank account n both recharge was failed. Till now no call no mail rec frm paytm. What is the wrong with paytm
Buy have not received yet. My account shows that refund back payment has been iiated and will be available by 20 june but not yrt received. Kindly take my problem seriously as I'm your customer

Wrost app for booking travel tickets. The team is not ready to take the responsibility of anything. I booked the flight tickets through paytm, but my flights got cancelled via airlines itself. So i raised a request to arrange an alternative flights. But the team is very irresponsible, they dont even call you back to make confirmation for new flight tickets and whenever you try to call them, then the call is answered to BPO people and they only say that "Mam/sir i have raised your concern with high priority please keep patience you should soon expect a call from our team" but no one ever bothers you to call back.
