Paytm Mall is cheating to customers by making the status DELIVERED without delivering the product and not even refunding money.
I ordered a headphone (Order number *******3405).
Suddenly after few days I got the status in apps as DELIVERED. I went on following them up to next 15 days but no result. Now after 20 days they say it is out of support duration we can't take the complaint also. My initial complaint number is *******. I suggest public not to buy any product through PAYTM MALL. They are smart cheaters.

Paytm don't order with paytm mall they cheated me for that They try to give lot of unnecessary reasons for order delivery mainly I want to say something they or cheating with customers.
Once u order they won't delivery the things before only they show deliverd your thing.
They won't take response for the things what u order
If any defective they won't accept returns also
I bothering lot of problems with paytm

My request is don't book with paytm.
They or cheaters pls understand.

I have done a transaction to my friend Rs 5270 in Jan thru UPI and it was not credited to my friend account or not for refunded your my account.

Almost 35 times I have been sending the customer care mail but I am getting only standard response. It like some machines answering the mail also. No one bothered to resolve this issue.

Standard replies are - please send the passbook pages images, submit the KYC, give us 2 or 3 days. Passbook images I have sent many times. KYC, their team visited my house and collected the documents. But no response.

Kindly don't use this app, it's worst customer service.

I had ordered a Bluetooth handsfree device, I received detective peice rather it's rejected peice not working from the day I have received, when I wanted to complaint, the message says I don't have the facilities to do so, This purely shows that the supplying company and Paytm are involved in cheating customer, they not only send rejected peice they also don't answer these are well planned cheaters who are planning to cheat people I have experienced twice, my request to all the people never buy anything because it's sure that they will send you such an item which you only have to throw in Dustin without using even once, try and buy online only with flipcart and Amazon not with this cheaters who don't even respond for your hard earned money spent

I ask them on 15 March to close my fastag because I have sold my car to cars 24 and forgot to remove my fastag.
They told me that they will close it next 3 days and my money get deducted from paytm account after 3 days they give same response but no action now today is 22 may and still they told it will take 3 more days. I counting how months and year it will take tp process my simple request even I ask them to close my account but...
