Paytm is a complete scam. Don't take the risk of putting you in a danger of scamming anytime. The offers and promo codes all are bogus.

I booked movies ticket but due to heavy rain the shows was cancelled but paytm.com is not give me refund also have no customer support.not sowing ticket in any of paytm app or web. I placed a request to merge my two paytm accounts into one and have final account which is Kyc approved. They don't respond to mails... it takes you forever to reach to customer care (apparently they always have heavy traffic going on) and I finally somehow gets connected after trying for a week the person says I can't tell u when your request will be resolved.
I was expecting a cash back of 1200rs. They ate that and they are not even syncing up my account. And our dear government promotes this company for cashless transaction... This is the worst and most disgusting company and customer care ever..

I recently purchased a Fujitsu Lifebook A555 laptop from paytm website. When I received the Laptop I found that 1 TB hard disk missing. I raised the matter and they replaced the laptop again without 1 TB hard disk. Simply, the products are not matching the description and they are simply cheating the innocent people by giving incentive on the product and in the end delivery deficit product. TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMER PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PATYM

Worst and unprofessional company run by Indian cheaters. They show the cashback offers and once you purchase the product they they will give you lots of excuses for not to pay your cashback. My order No. *******548 purchased on 13 of May 2018 and till today I am fighting for my cashback of Rs1800. Every time I call them they give some excuses our team is working. Fu* their team for same excuses every time..
I made a payment to pay one of my credit card bills that is due on July 9th 2018, it was marked as successful on the app, it was for $3800 which came out of my direct bank account, that was supposed to be fulfilled on july 3rd, it's july 7th and the money still has not gone to pay off my credit card! I emailed the customer care and they said they froze the transaction without an acceptable explanation. Now my bank has show that they have taken my 3800 which is alot of money and my credit card still hasn't been paid! They won't return my money! Fraud do not use this app or deal with this company!
They have got an excellent payment option and their bank provides better interests than others. Definitely worth trying. However, need an Adhaar number to avail that facility.
After I paid the amount to paytm mall, the status displayed as Delivered, Still the item was not delivered to me, So don't trust on paytm mall other wise you lost your money/good. They don't care whether you lost ur money. I never see these types of 3rd class service from any ecommerce site.

I made a payment for buying a domain, payment got successful to paytm but the host website didnt receive it. I call up CC at paytm and they put some uneducated customer care who can't respond to any query. I have ask for refund several times but never responded to my msg. This is a real fraud. Will never trust again for making payment or in any other way. Fook this paytm
I have done a sundirect recharge through paytm it's showing successful... if I have checked in my sundirect account it's received any recharge for this I asked both the customer care executive they are not accepting the issue at ll I losed 1300rs because of paytm it's worst service they r fraud... even then customer executives also talks like fraud only it's worst don't choose for it go for some other apps
Ye paymt k time koi kyc nahi pucha but at the time of cashback kyc update kare...
Or customer service zero hai call drop kar kardate hai.
