No care of customer i shop here many time but now i experience a worst service no. Track of product or no contact with customer

Total bogus. Thieves not giving a proper reply of little issue of none payment. Uses lousy trick to manipulate using stereo type non worthy do not reply email never connected through the call centre number given by the company. Total fraud. Contact me *******686

After the exposure of pytm we all should take a pledge as indian citizens to uninstall paytm and the government who did this.

Paytm has never let me down, beyond expectation... got great deals and offers whenever i have to do any txn

Very disappointed with Paytm. I transferred 5000 rupees from my bank to my friend's paytm and she never received it. Paytm showed this transaction as failure while my account was debited and Paytm never returned the money. On top of this there web system is a total crap and there helpdesk number never connects. Totally $#*!y experience. Stay away from this nonsense the so called $#*!ty startup

Everytime u call, get a message that call volume high, hence cannot connect. Have been waiting for my refund since then

It's over all bad paytm can't change nominee details and further i need to rectify for this problem to change nominee details in my saving account.

Imagine the worst people in your school. The ones who have very low IQ. Now imagine them designing the system that handles your money. Thats payTM. You will lose your money and its unregulated so you are on your own. RBI should make PayTM illegal and put an inquiry into money stolen from Indians. It'll run into thousands or crores.

Paytm was very good earlier I am using paytm frm last 2 yrs bt now I am facing problem in KYC and the customer care is also not bothered about it they don't pick the nor reply in portal.! Poor service. I wish I could give 0stars in service

Worst in the world... huge waiting time... Paytm worst customer care in the world...

Complaint # *******. Why are you holding back customers money for 3 days? Never expected such unprofessional attitude from Paytm. This is pure customer harrasment. Requested several times to credit the money in my bank account urgently. No response from your end. Very poor Customer Relationship Management.

Paytm never resolves customer query and their number never connects. Inspite of updating my KYC I am not able to transfer money to my bank or on any other number.
My Money is stuck in the wallet.The worst thing is that There is no support mail id visibile. $#*! offf Portal..

I lost Rs. 2000 for a service not used, the getwoo app claims once deducted they will not refund and paytm was supposed remind me of the auto renewal 5 days before the deduction from my paytm account, but that was not the case.

Once I recharged my wallet, 2k straight way lost. And on reaching customer care of paytm, they asked me to contact the getwoo app service provider (which they conveniently evaded).

Pathetic.
