Withdrawal Fees

For a withdraw to bank account fee that high, I'd expect the transaction to be faster than it is currently. And please include more currencies like Ghana Cedis because I had to create a dollar account in order to receive my payment. It's a lot of stress

Hi All,

- For professionals who requests payments from clients, Payoneer's time window will take 24 - 48 hours before you receive the funds and additional couple of hours or day before the funds gets transferred to your bank account.
- Other platforms like Paypal or Wise is faster. I think all platforms are secured
- It is hard to get the resolution from agents when calling support, they'd provide the same information and will not attempt to go outside of the box. The agents I spoke with last week told me that there is no department who can approve profile to release the funds, they confirmed receiving the needed information. Today, I spoke to one agent and he told me he forwarded a request for approval because there is no document needed.

***I highly suggest you complete your profile and business profile before requesting payments. I was under the impression that I can submit it later or not at all. Lacking business profile ended up Payoneer holding my funds for 7 days now, and it is still being held.

Late on Funds

Be consistent please! Nothing is worst than when you have emergency needs for your funds and five days has passed with nothing in your account! My bill now has a late fee attached. Thanks Payoneer!

Have you received a linked or do you have another account that is currently linked? To have an e status approved we must complete the onboarding process on the Payoneer site. I was replying to Andreu. So up to this email, I had a very bad feeling.
After that Rose send me an email she said, I appreciate your efforts in sending us a clear email regarding your concern about your Payoneer account. I know you've spent a lot of time on this already and I would like to help you complete the process all throughout.

Mark was very helpful, identifying and fixing my problem right away. Sebastian was also very helpful. However, I felt that previous staff were not so helpful only giving generic responses and not thinking outside of the box for a solution to my unique problem.

Worst initial experience ever

Joined Payoneer a month ago. Submit everything correctly. Already received payments in my account BUT MY CARD IS NJT APPROVED YET. Called the call center several times, they always replied that my case will be solved in 2-3 business days. Is already 20 business days and still nothing. Basically they are lying to me. Today I don't know yet what I will have my Payoneer Card. Don't trust Payoneer anymore. Worst onboarding customer experience ever.

Received funds on the 9th of Sept, but today (22nd) it is still not released, despite us supplying all the requested documents. Numerous calls were made, queries were "escalated" and given "high priority status" - but still nothing. This is well beyond the 5 day advertised turnaround time. In fact, each call we made, we are promised same-day release. The reason given: unexpected high volumes of queries. This is a payment solution... that cannot handle the release of incoming funds, which now appears to be a very manual process?
