Late money transfer

It's been longer than a few days and my money still hasn't been transferred to my bank account yet. This seems like it's a good platform in some cases, but I'm not sure if I can use this again if this is what I'll have to go through every time I transfer money.

Customer care Representative issues.

I had lot of bad experience with payoneer customer care agents. Just couple of agents helping in right direction otherwise all are helping in wrong way even they don't know the exact solutions that what things the relevant department asking for resolving issue.

Awesome Customer service!

Im still waiting for my acc to be approve, I know it takes time and already received a lot of rejection and Im still waiting for it, but the representative that spokes to me educated me how it works, He is very polite with manner, have the firm when talking, I can say that he was an expert in his job. Customer satisfaction! Awesome Job! He is a man, I just forgot his name. Thank you again! Keep it up!

I am very satisfied with this service. The representative was direct and he understood all what I said irrespective of my accent. I even ran out of airtime but he called back and we spoke for length. He was able to solve my initial problem and he even recommended an easier service for me. Payoneer for me is one of the best online financial service company.

Awful unclear service

They ask for tons of personal information and take forever to review it, never telling you if it's good or not. Their website is also a nightmare to navigate.

Quality is dropping

Payoneer provides amazing products and services. Traditionally their customer service was top-notch as well.

However, I have noticed over time their support quality is becoming much worse. With a background as Team Leader in support, I have a lot of sympathy and patience for customer service agents.

What I don't have sympathy for is managers/supervisors who never write or call back when a message is left or when agents fail to escalate after they say they will.

I also feel Payoneer needs to work on going a step beyond the traditional financial system to give back to clients. Banks often give rewards, yet Payoneer costs more and does not do anything like this. I appreciate due to the nature of the service, the risk may be higher and therefore costs may be higher, but some focus on little gifts of appreciation for your clients would go a long way.
