Since getting onto the Payoneer platform last year, receiving money from clients and employers around the world has been a breeze. Always connected with their customers, rarely have I ever felt unsatisfied with the service received, even then because of circumstances not really in Payoneer's control. Cool!

I contacted Payoneer CS and I asked Inga why do Payoneer allows some customers to have a 1.8% withdraw fee and why some of us pay 2%.
I explained that I did not sign up with Payoneer due to many scams online and I did not want my financial information spread out there so I took the safer route and signed up normally through Payoneer.com.
Later to find out that I am paying extra for trying to be safe and actually be an organic customer with Payoneer and not clicking any fishing links.
After Inga spoke to her supervisor I was told to wait 3 month and try to ask again. This is doesn't make any sense to me, you allow some customers to have a different fee rate without allowing a change, when I asked what should I do in order to receive the discount in the future I did not receive any explanation.
Please take this letter into account and see if you could help me change this.
