Over all experience is great but there is a luck of explanation when there is a problem with the documents also whenever i need a question, there are only English speaking operator to help solve the problem. If there will be operator who can understand Japanese it will be very helpful to solve the problem as a Japanese user. But the English operator was very kind and helpful! So i do appreciate it.
